Newcomers

This is a ministry for those interested in sharing their gifts of hospitality and networking to welcome visitors and help integrate new members into St. Michael's community. Opportunities include serving on a team of "Greeters" and hosting events for newcomers. Greeters will be assigned specific Sundays to be on duty to welcome newcomers, handout newcomer bags, and invite visitors/newcomers to coffee hour. During coffee hour, Greeters will look out for recent newcomers and introduce them to other parishioners.

New Member ministry members host a newcomer reception held twice a year to greet newcomers and introduce them to the vestry.
