History
Every year in the springtime, St. Michael’s holds an Annual Auction for Outreach. Local merchants, organizations and parishioners donate the items for the auction, which include merchandise, gift certificates, tickets and services. The “silent” auction features several rooms filled with the goods, along with sheets for people to bid on the items. These sheets are collected at predetermined times for each room. For the higher ticket items, there is a lively “live” auction, where the bidding is fast and furious!
Past auction themes have included, “Around the world in 80 days”, “A “Knight” to remember”, “The Wild, Wild, West”, “Magic Happens”, and “Rockin’ Auction”!
All proceeds from the auction go entirely to our outreach ministry. Additionally, this event normally attracts many non-parishioners, which helps our fellowship with the local communities.

- B-SAFE Summer Day Camp – for inner city children from the Boston Area
- Loaves & Fishes – dinner program for shelters
- Appalachia Project – provides books to low-income children in Kentucky
- Youth Mission Trip – mission work to repair homes for low income families
